Eewwww



The Vanalikalikes (and Spud) have been eating exclusively from a dish since Friday. While on one hand that's a good thing, because syringe feeding is time consuming and I can only feed one at a time while the others scream around my ankles, on the other hand it's more work because the kittens need to be bathed after every meal.

Pookie, whom you see in post-meal glory above, is by far the worst. This video demonstrates why.

A friend of mine has her foster kittens eat in the bathtub. Never new why until I saw your video. Darling little babies. I love fat little kitten bellys!

Yes indeed, I completely understand the bathtub thing. It has the advantage of being easy to wash down - just turn on the water and swish. I'm still using the tub as bedroom central, though, so I put an easily washed towel under the plate and cleaning the floor every couple of days is not too bad.
